Special Note: The 1968 Star Child image was used for re-releases in 1971, 1972, and 1974. In 1968 a few posters were released with a unique color combination. As in 1968 posters most of the re-release posters that depict the Star Child basically have a single color, kind of a purple color

This 1971 re-release has the same image as the original 1968 Star Child, however the coloring is part purple and part a blue-green making the poster much more effective. Apparently, in 1970 some posters were printed with the same rare coloring as a few 1968 Star Child posters were and then all other posters were made with the single purple color making this multi-colored version of the R-71 "Star Child" poster is very rare!
